Not sure if you're planning on releasing the code under some kind of open source license - if you are (and especially if you're going for one of the permissive MIT/BSD-like licenses) I'd love to do what I can do help out.

I am indeed planning to license it properly, likely under the LGPL, I just haven't yet gotten around to it.
