Emoji aren't in server-recommended order #223

I often use emojis in messages for all kinds of reasons, be it being cutesey to adding some extra emotional umph to it.

In Toot!, these emojis are listed in the Mastodon way, with headers and proper server-recommended sorting order. (See first attachment)

However, on Tusker, these seem to either be in alphabetical or random order. (See second attachment)

It'd help my usage if these are in the same order that Mastodon would present them.
