Dynamic Type only exists on iOS & co. so there's no corresponding control on the Mac, so the font size can't currently be changed. This can be a preference if it is possible to control the content size category from within the app—I don't want a completely separate font size mechanism

turns out setting the preferred content size category via the override trait collection does not work (on macOS, at least)

the font sizes change immediately, but once you start scrolling, anything new stops adjusting to it
