Emphasize "Load more" in timeline #343

I would like to see more emphasis on the "Load more" prompt in the timeline. With all actions visible on the timeline I frequently find myself scrolling past the prompt due to the short height and text color matching the timeline actions.

Personally it would helpful to have an option to enlarge the prompt and use different colors to make it stand out. I would like to see the load more prompt be 3-4 times taller so that it is as large as a typical post. Using an alternate accent color for the background or the text would also make it stand out better.

Attached is the show more prompt from Toot! that uses an alternate background color and style to enhance visibility.
