This is marked as sensitive content; the image is hidden, but the thumbnail shows in all its glory in the link preview. (Warning: image is a colonoscopy.)

It looks like this is happening because the link is a redirect rather than pointing directly to the image.

Expected behaviour: the link preview image is hidden as well.
