Whilst exploring the settings regarding #468

I notice my app was set to "Use In-App Safari"

...but it has never done that. Every link opens in my default browser.

In-App Safari isn't supported on macOS, the setting only shows up because the Mac app is really the iOS app in a trench coat. I'll remove the setting from macOS in the next version.
