I can mouse over them to reveal them.

In the attached screenshot I have moused over the top post.

Did anything in particular happen that seemed to caused it (e.g., hiding/showing the sidebar, switching tabs)?

I initially found it difficult to reproduce, but trying just now I did it easily.

It happens when switching between sections in the sidebar.

Of course, as soon as I begin to record the screen... it stopped happening. Will try again later.

Just as I was about to end the screen recording it happened - after I closed the sidebar.

So, to recap, it happens after opening or closing the sidebar.
