I was just switching between tabs using Cmd+num and this happened.

I've seen it before, but couldn't repro until now.

Just a few presses of Cmd+num (do them in order 1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5) and you'll see it.

Sidebar can be open or closed.

Restarting the app is the only way to get things back to normal (until the next time)
