This is when I compose a post and replies to that post and publish them in one go.

I've used this on Twitter for a long time ("+" icon, lower right)
Threads also has it, naturally ("add to thread, bottom left)

I don't know if any Mastodon clients support this?

Anyway, thoughts appreciated!

My workaround is to send the first post then manually reply to it, but it's awkward and runs the risk of somebody replying in the time between.
