With the rise of pixelfed, it would be nice if Tusker could support the location field so we’re able to attach one when posting to pixelfed as well as displaying it in the feed.

Unfortunately, it looks like Pixelfed doesn't support setting the location via the Mastodon client API (and Pixelfed's locations are a hardcoded list of cities which would have to be exposed as well).

Oh that’s really disappointing. What a shame they didn’t implement it more openly. Thanks for looking into it though.
