Update tests for previous commit

The following sed command can be used to update TTX sources for the LookupType
change:
$ sed -i'~' 's/<!-- LookupType=\(.\) -->/<LookupType value="\1"\/>/g' *.ttx

When writing XML, this produces a comment with the English name.
If the name ID is missing from the name table, it logs a warning.

[feaLib] Support stylistic set featureNames
...
Does not handle featureNames for cvXX features, but it shouldn’t be hard
for someone to extend the code to support them if inclined to do so.
