[glyf] Speed up getGlyphID()
...
Speeds up compiling of fonts with lots of composite glyphs.
For example, 40% speedup in decompile/compiling Handjet font:
./fonttools ttLib Handjet\[ELGR,ELSH,wght\].ttf -t'*' -o out.ttf
