``CBDT``: Color Bitmap Data table

The ``CBDT`` table is an OpenType table.

This ``CBDT`` table converter module depends on the
:mod:`.BitmapGlyphMetrics` module, which it shares with the ``EBDT``,
``EBLC``, and ``CBLC`` converters.
