``CBLC``: Color Bitmap Location table

The ``CBLC`` table is an OpenType table.

This ``CBLC`` table converter module depends on the
:mod:`.BitmapGlyphMetrics` module, which it shares with the ``EBDT``,
``EBLC``, and ``CBDT`` converters.
