Behdad Esfahbod fe37e91258 [glyf] Speed up recalcBounds of composite glyphs 
Brings down decompile/compiling of Handjet font from 11s to 0.3s.

Test with:
time ./fonttools ttLib Handjet.ttf -o out.ttf -tglyf
