Profile page UI confusion

I don't plan to remove the compose button from the nav bar, but I may move the more actions button to be there as well

[subjective] Have a CW'd post be its full length, and dropdown only hide/unhide banner

I can make the tap target for the expand button bigger, but not showing the full-choice content is a deliberate choice compared to other apps, and I don't intend to change it at this time.
